Construction Drawings – Preparing technical drawings and plans for construction or renovation, including demolition plans, construction plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical plans, finishes plans, millwork plans, elevations...etc.
Pricing, Ordering & Material Management – Sourcing materials, obtaining quotes, and managing budget and procurement for all design elements.
Construction Consultation – Overseeing the construction process, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the design vision is executed correctly.

Client-Led: You take the lead in determining what’s needed, whether it’s brainstorming ideas, creating design concepts, reviewing plans, or sourcing materials. Our role is to support you in bringing your vision to life, step by step, according to your priorities and timeline.
Flexible Hours: We work on an hourly basis, giving you the freedom to use our time as you see fit. You may want us to focus on one task for a few hours, or spread out our time over several weeks or months— the choice is yours.
Tailored Support: Whether you need help with design direction, furniture selection, layout optimization, or creating a cohesive color scheme, we are available to assist with a wide range of design-related tasks. You’ll start with a one-hour consultation, either via video call or at your home, depending on your preference. During this session, we’ll discuss your design goals, style preferences, functional needs, and any specific challenges you’re facing.

Outline of Discussion: You’ll also receive a written outline summarizing the key points from the consultation. This will include an action plan, a list of recommended items or design tweaks, and any next steps to help you implement the ideas discussed.
